This app is a waste of space on your phone. There’s no map so you can’t tell where the pickup or drop off points are. Definitely no live data on where trams are.

Sends me to the website every time and nothing is updated. Why this was even created is beyond me.

The static map does not have all of the resort restaurants and the interactive map only has two. We just had to leave the grounds and go to Waffle House. We were looking forward to eating at Hammerheads, but can’t find it.

Been here less than 24 hours (staying in Fishermans Village in the Wharf) and everything has been really frustrating trying to figure out what is included and what’s not, the tram schedule, etc. I downloaded the app because I was told that an interactive tram map was on there and it’s blank. Sandestin Golf Resort needs to update their website and their app to be more user friendly for people staying for a week, it’s not all about the owners. May think twice about renting here again.

We’ve stayed at Sandestin several times. They always tell me to use their app. Unfortunately it doesn’t have much value. No way to personalize and manage your reservation. Worse yet, it seems like it’s never updated as several of the restaurants listed in the dining section closed a year ago or more. Don’t bother.

Refer to the title. I live and die by this app. There’s everything you could possibly want. All the amenities, essential info, fun graphics, entertainment, etc… 

I seriously cannot recommend this app enough. I’ve spent so much time perusing this magnificent composite of resort information. In the last week alone I’ve spent 10 hours on it. I don’t even go to Sandestin anymore. I haven’t been there since 2019. Doesn’t stop me. I love you Sandestin app. Don’t let these other reviewers get you down
