## What is Sandglass?

Sandglass shows you how much time you actually have to spend each week — not the fantasy version, the real one, after sleep, work and life admin are accounted for.

What you can do:

Work out your own numbers in a few minutes. Your date of birth becomes a life in weeks, your week becomes 168 hours, and what's left after everything already spoken for becomes the number you actually get to decide about.

Decide where that time goes. Pick the three things that matter most this season, your children, your partner, your work, whatever it actually is, and put a rough shape on how you mean to spend your hours between them.

Look back for thirty seconds, once a week. Not a log, not a habit tracker: just an honest answer to how each priority actually felt. No grading yourself against what you meant to do.

Watch it build into something. Every week you reflect on adds its colour to a picture of your life: a grid of every week you've lived and every week ahead, and a closer strip of the last year, filling in as you go.

Why it's different:

Sandglass is not a productivity app. There's nothing to complete, nothing to optimise, and nothing to fail at. No streaks, no scores, no tasks. It shows you the shape of your time and asks one question: does the way you're spending it reflect what matters to you?

Your life stays yours: no account, no advertising, and nothing ever leaves your device. It's built to be opened for a minute a week, not to pull your attention — the goal is to spend less time thinking about your time, not more.

Free to set up and see your numbers. One lifetime unlock, £4.99, no subscription, for the full version — forever.
