After logging out and closing the app, days later when opening the app again it still shows my accounts as if I had never logged out. Please fix this as it is a security issue. ### 4/5 — Apple app *2025-08-12, version 4018.0.0* Would like to easily see my son’s account with my log in for ease of transfer. ### 3/5 — Zelle and linked accounts broken *2025-03-02, version 4013.2.0* It’s the same app that just about every credit union uses and it’s a decent app, but a couple features seem to be bugged in Sandia’s version. I am unable to even initiate a Zelle transfer, getting an error message when I click the link, and even though my linked accounts show in my transfer menu, they do not show up in the main page. I hope Sandia will fix this because I really like them as a credit union. ### 2/5 — App very unreliable, just like the credit union *2024-09-06, version 4013.2.0* App is clunky and rarely works properly. Today, it wouldn't display the transactions on the credit card, happens about half the time. The credit union itself is the worst I have encountered in ABQ, they have so many problems. Will be closing my account soon. ### 3/5 — Add Green Numbers for money coming into account *2024-02-02, version 4011.1.0* Used to be so much easier when it was color coated when money comes in it should show green not black ### 3/5 — Work but the Zelle link doesn't *2023-10-20, version 4010.2.1* I use Sandia and managing my money directly with the app is easy with this for the most part. What I don't enjoy is the Zelle option that automatically links to my bank when I try to use Zelle. It takes me to the Sandia app and when I try to use it I end up getting an Error message and it doesn't change as many times as I reload it. I hope you have better luck with that function. Because of that I can't receive or send money when I need to 👎 ### 3/5 — It works but clunky *2022-04-05, version 3020.1.1* When logging in I get the legend showing me that the circled 'A' is available balance but no accounts. If I go to another tab and back the accounts appear. I got a different message than another reviewer when depositing a check. The required mobile deposit wording is so long I have to write small. This is a big corporate check - a regular sized personal check will be worse. The app apparently couldn't read it. I selected "Submit any way" since it *is* on the check. We'll see if it's accepted and how long it takes. ### 3/5 — Mobile Deposit Note working IPhone 13 Pro *2022-02-26, version 3020.1.1* The app does what it needs to but the mobile deposit is busted. It says my image quality is too low but there is no way to set image quality and my phone is more than capable of taking a high quality image. ### 2/5 — Always Glitching *2021-01-19, version 3015.3.2* This app is always having problems! I have to delete and reinstall all the time. They also will change policies on you without any warning. Have been with them for two years and there is always something that comes up. This app is horrible, the features like Mobile Deposit and even viewing transactions history always end in error message.. Mobile banking is very important these days, for there are no Sandia locations outside of NM. I think this app needs a serious revamp and overhaul.. Judging from the 2.7 star rating, I’m not the only one having problems… Thank You ### 1/5 — Outdated *2026-07-03, version 4021.2.0* When doing a mobile check deposit and following instructions it fails to mention there’s a limit to what you can deposit. You’re better off going to the website to do anything. They recommend adding it at the bank but to be honest it’s only good for looking at your current balance. It glitches and ends up charging a bunch of overdraft fees when I have money in my account. I haven’t banked here very long but I’m already thinking about switching... ### 1/5 — Login problems *2020-07-31, version 3013.1.0* Never changed my password and use biometric id to log in but all of a sudden it stopped working went to use my password and that didn’t work tried to reset my password and it locked me out even with all my information entered correctly. I have been a member of SAFCU for 20+ years now, and even when I was living in a different state they still helped me out with anything I needed.
