## What is Sandi's List?

Two parts of this are now wrong for 4.0 and will contradict your "no data collected" privacy label — the Cloud Sync section is the big one, and there are two smaller factual drifts. Let me give you a corrected version you can paste, then explain the changes so you can adjust to taste.
The critical fix: the entire Cloud Sync paragraph describes the 3.x architecture you removed — "encrypted cloud storage," "local encryption before transmission." Leaving that in is the single most likely thing to get 4.0 rejected, because a reviewer reading "encrypted cloud storage" next to a privacy label saying "no data collected" sees a direct contradiction. It has to be rewritten to the Wi-Fi sync reality.
