I should still be able to access these files since I paid money for this now expensive paper weight. Will never by another WD or San disk product as I would be afraid that they will discontinue the item and everything will become useless. ### 1/5 — Boo *2025-01-18, version 4.24.1* I’ve had two San Disk items and both have apps that have been discontinued and rendered useless. Just another reminder to never buy niche products. ### 1/5 — No longer works! *2024-02-18, version 4.23.0* I hadn’t used my Ibi in a while. When I tried to use it last week it said the device was offline. I can’t connect in any way, shape, or form. Not with iOS, not with Android, not even on my laptop. All say the device is offline. And before you ask, there’s nothing wrong with my internet service. I also tried connecting with bluetooth. Still doesn’t work. The reset button doesn’t work either, so I can’t try that option. I understand the desktop app no longer works, but nothing else does either!
