Too bad you’re not supporting this anymore. No other program does this. As of today yea I was able to enable my local access but again another product that is having support dropped. Updates are good but noticed once I upgraded from my iPhone Xs to 14 pro then 15 pro the top two corners of the iPhone with functions, do not work well. Maybe the press function area was coded too small for my fingers? My fingers are average size male. But no matter if it’s hamburger menu, X icon, or whatever function they put it only works 20% of the time. Had to press multiple times to finally hit the small invisible target area to work. Most of the time I’m just closing the app and open it up and start all over again. All other features they have works well and runs great! ### 4/5 — Keeps getting better *2022-03-13, version 4.18.0* I purchased ibi 2 (or more) years ago and I found it useless and just shoved it aside ashamed that I wasted my hard earned money. Recently, I had to buy a new iPhone and eventually my iPhone discovered the ibi and new versions of its software. I am now exploring features when I get a chance. ### 2/5 — Not trustworthy *2021-12-27, version 4.17.1* I purchased an ibi and enjoyed it up to a point. Love that my mom could use my ibi device. Love that my photos could be backed up automatically. Love that the connection between my iPhone and ibi will switch to local when I’m on the same network. Love that the ibi will try to search for dogs or people for me (even if it shows goats as dogs haha). The one thing I do not love which has turned me away from my ibi is it’s lack of support for all live pictures. I can view vertical Live Photo’s well. Horizontal Live Photo’s do not save as Live Photo’s. They save on the ibi device as still photos. This is frustrating to me. I want to be able to trust my ibi to store all my photos, but I can’t if it’s not going to save my horizontal Live Photo’s. I talked with a representative and he stated, “ I would like to inform you that if any Live Photos are taken horizontally will not back up as Live Photos.“ Really good product except for Live Photo support. The representative did not show any initiative towards fixing this issue. I should still be able to access these files since I paid money for this now expensive paper weight. When I tried to use it last week it said the device was offline. I can’t connect in any way, shape, or form. Not with iOS, not with Android, not even on my laptop. All say the device is offline. And before you ask, there’s nothing wrong with my internet service. I also tried connecting with bluetooth. Still doesn’t work. The reset button doesn’t work either, so I can’t try that option. I understand the desktop app no longer works, but nothing else does either! Starting 2022, all TV apps support is being withdrawn, meaning this device is just another crap backup drive.
