You force everyone to use this new app and now my drives will not work at all even brand new drives. I’ve gone from a reliable way to back up my phone to paper weights. This app is terrible and I am reconsidering my use of any SANDISK products because of the way you’ve handled this forced upgrade to a worse app. ### 1/5 — CAUTION - DOES NOT SUPPORT iOS FOLDERS (Only Files)!!!!! *2026-08-25, version 3.3.0* Does NOT support copying/duplication of iOS folders (only iOS files on mass)! This means that if you want to organise the iOS files intended to be copied across to a Sandisk memory device, you MUST MANUALLY CREATE INDIVIDUAL folders in Sandisk separately for the file organisation of the respective files! Waisted close to $200 for a 256 Gb Sandisk Phone Drive that does not function like most other PC -> external memory device. Also, you cannot contact their Australian help number or use their Australian chat help as it is always outside of business hours (even when it is not)! Save your money and find a more suitable method before spending money on Phone Drives! ### 1/5 — How do i really delete my files… *2026-08-22, version 3.3.0* When i put my pics to the sandisk it asked if i wanna delete them from my phone. I deleted 180 VIDEOS, and not even a GB appeared free in my photo gallery. So 180 videos deleted by this app, but no space was actually cleared, what do i do? It’s crazy, where are those 24gb of videos that are showing in the app, if i only have 12gb of all the pics and videos. It got a flash drive with 128 GB. For starters, I needed to download this app to use the drive. When ever I would transfer stuff to said drive using the app, I would never get the option to delete the stuff I had transferred. It’d only give me the option to look at stuff that was transferred, and the stuff it skipped. There is not spot in said app (that I could find at least) that would have everything that’s transferred to the drive that I can use to delete off of my phone. I thought this would be an easy fix to clear up more storage. Nope! I couldn’t find anything else online that would show how to delete stuff except for after you transferred stuff.
