## What is SandMatch?

Want to play, not organize? SandMatch handles the organizing around beach volleyball automatically – from collecting sign-ups to the finished tournament table. Create a session, share the link, done. The app does the rest.

ORGANIZES ITSELF (ALMOST)
• Recurring sessions: set up once – the session reappears every week automatically
• Sessions go public automatically at the time you choose
• Minimum not reached? The session is cancelled automatically and everyone is informed
• Members first: until the deadline, club members get priority automatically
• Invite links by email, SMS or for everyone – sign up even without an account

A WAITING LIST THAT THINKS AHEAD
• When someone cancels, the next person moves up automatically – with a notification
• Full sessions move new sign-ups to the waiting list on their own
• Fair cancellation: deadlines and yellow cards for late cancellations are checked automatically

PAYMENTS WITHOUT CHASING PEOPLE
• Fees via Stripe, PayPal or cash – SandMatch keeps track of who has paid
• Unpaid spots are released automatically once the deadline passes
• Refunds follow your cancellation rules automatically
• Early-bird and group prices are calculated automatically

ALWAYS IN THE LOOP
• Session alert: SandMatch pings you as soon as a new session matches your filter
• Automatic notifications for invitations, cancellations, move-ups and new messages
• Weather forecast and sunset appear automatically on every session

TOURNAMENTS ON AUTOPILOT
• Schedule with courts and times is generated automatically
• Group stage, playoffs, barrage or Swiss system – pairings sort themselves out
• Enter scores at the court; standings and playoff bracket update live
• Add courts, switch them or swap two matches – with one tap
• Partner wanted: sign up alone, set level and costs – matching players ask, you accept via push

OPEN PLAY IN MEXICANO MODE
• Automatic rotation: fresh, fair pairings every round
• Live standings update after every game – men's, women's or mixed

RANKINGS THAT KEEP THEMSELVES
• Elo rating from every saved match – no paper, no spreadsheets
• Badges and bonus points are awarded automatically
• Your stats: win rate, best streak, partners, form curve

FIND, DON'T SEARCH
• List, calendar or map with filters for level (A1 to T2), place, radius, beach or indoor
• Chat per session and group, clubs with subgroups

Light or dark – SandMatch matches your style.

SandMatch is free. A free account is needed for sign-ups and chats; public sessions can be viewed without one.

Less admin, more sand – see you at the net!
