## What is Sandow?

Sandow is a gym log that keeps your workouts as plain markdown files.

Pick a day on the calendar, tap +, and log exercises with sets, reps, weight, distance, or time. Every session is written to a simple Workout.md inside the folder you choose — iCloud Drive by default — so your training history stays readable and portable.

• Calendar-first: see every day you trained
• Fast logging with pickers and a bundled 561-exercise catalog
• Custom exercises, variations, and equipment
• Convert existing workout notes on-device with Apple Intelligence
• Optional backups to iCloud Drive or any folder
• Dark mode

No account, no lock-in — your files, your data.

Sandow is 100% free. Optional tips in Settings support development and unlock nothing.
