What a rubbish app. Lazy coding. Why not mandate each field to start with a capital. Whose name doesn’t start with a capital?! Whose postcode is not in capital letters? Do they really think that most people using app are from foreign countries? Why not default prefix for mobile and country to United Kingdom. Just lazy.

This app is confusing and pointless, I’m 23 years old pretty tech savvy, bought 2 tickets, only 1 appears in the app, the other gets sent to the other persons email, they ALSO has to download the app and make their own account even if they just want to watch 1 game. What on earth is wrong with having real tickets or Apple wallet tickets.

My Dad doesn’t have a smartphone so I’ve now got to make 2 accounts, log into my dads account, get him scanned through, take my phone back, log out of my dads account then log into my own account, get my ticket through and get scanned through. 

This app is trying to find a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.
