## What is SaneBrowse?

SaneBrowse helps you control what you see on social media using local AI filters, personal rules, and community-maintained Block and Follow Lists to reduce unwanted accounts, words, topics, and videos.

Browse supported services—including X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit—through a focused browsing layer designed to reduce unwanted, repetitive, and distracting content.

SaneBrowse lets you:

• Hide unwanted accounts, posts, and videos
• Filter words, phrases, hashtags, and other text
• Use local AI filters for topics and concepts that keyword filters may miss
• Create your own Block Lists and Follow Lists
• Discover, copy, and use community-maintained lists
• Bulk-block or follow accounts on supported services
• Set daily usage limits for social networks
• Keep many filtering decisions local to your device

AI filtering runs locally on your device, so feed content does not need to be sent to SaneBrowse servers to decide what should be hidden.

Community features are optional. You choose which lists and filters to use, what to share, and what stays local.

SaneBrowse is not a general-purpose web browser. It is designed specifically to give you more control over social feeds and reduce distractions from ragebait, clickbait, spam, bot networks, and repetitive content.
