Ständige Abstürze, keine Möglichkeit, einen Account zu erstellen, in den man sich später wieder einloggen könnte und eine Verbindung zum Gerät ist auch nicht möglich. Ein Gerät für rund 300 Euro, das ausschließlich mit einer App funktioniert, benötigt eine App, die zuverlässig funktioniert. Bekommt man dies nicht hin, sollte man das Konzept des Gerätes überdenken und sich überlegen, ob die Verbindung mit einem Handy überhaupt sinnvoll ist. ### 1/5 — App ist ungenügend. *2018-10-09, version 1.1.2* Die App stürzt wegen vieler Kleinigkeiten immer wieder ab. Außerdem kann man die Stromstärke nicht vernünftig einstellen. Das macht das ganze Gerät nutzlos. 300€ für nix. Bei mir läuft es prima. In einer Minute eingerichtet, schnell verbunden und los ging es. Unglaublich, wieviel Energie das kleine Teil hat! ### 1/5 — App und Homepage derzeit ungenügend *2018-09-02, version 1.1.2* Für mich als Einsteiger von EMS und TENS nicht zu gebrauchen. Auf der Homepage des Herstellers findet man derzeit keine Bedingungsanleitung zum Download. Bei der Hardware lag nur eine ca. 3 x 3 cm große Schnellstartanleitung bei. Die App verlangt Eingaben, beim Start von Programmen (zum Bsp. Dehnen) die man ohne Anleitung nicht nachvollziehen kann. Ja die App hat eine Hilfefunktionen, aber man kann entweder lesen oder eins der Programme ausführen. Da bei der Lieferung eine falsche Aktivierungskarte mitgeliefert wurde, habe ich mich per Mail an den Hersteller gewendet, leider keine Reaktion.
