My order was delivered almost a month after I placed it, even though I had repeatedly requested cancellation through email and was assured it would be cancelled. Instead, they shipped it anyway—and the order was incomplete. I ordered two de-tan products but received only one. There is no proper customer support, no helpline, and no easy return option. Extremely disappointing service. I cancelled my order, but I still haven’t received my refund. I requested that the refund be credited back to my original payment method, but it has still not been processed. Despite repeated follow-ups, customer support has failed to resolve my issue. This has been extremely disappointing.
