Your app isn’t working great since you did an update 3 weeks ago. There are several glitches and having to repeatedly log in and out to get it parts of the patient chart is ridiculous

Due to inabilty of apple7 OS 15 phone to open Sanford my chart now that It has been updated to 16OS I’m disconnected from my lifeline-I am elderly,limited income -In order to get it I now have to buy a new phone and can’t afford/Why do that to us?? I NEED this app to live..

I would like to take the time and effort into this message.

Dear Sanford to be honest this means so much to me that some of you took the time and effort on fixing my caved in Chest ever since Friday December 20th 2024 and I really appreciate it so much now I don’t have a caving in chest anymore this really means a lot to me that you guys took the time and effort into my surgery operation thank you for those who participated.

And on top of that I would love to take the opportunity to send this message because after my surgery was over I was barely awake I wasn’t speaking at that time because I was in pain and just when I woke up after that I was took to the waiting room so I could get my assigned room while I was waiting in bed all I could really do was thumbs up and thumbs down and then eventually I fell right back to sleep moments later and I don’t know how long I was asleep for but I would like to appreciate my Nurses who took the courage and time for helping me feel and get better again and I really loved admired and adored everyone before and after my surgery thank you so much for helping me get better and well again❤️🫂
