The pickup process was completely unorganized and there was no proper communication from the staff. Passengers are left confused and forced to chase the driver for basic information that should have been provided in advance. The service showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for passengers’ time. When people pay for a ticket, they expect a smooth journey, not stress and unnecessary inconvenience before even boarding the bus. Customer support was disappointing, coordination was poor, and the overall experience was unacceptable. I strongly advise travelers to consider other operators if they value punctuality, communication, and basic customer service. ### 1/5 — Extremely Poor and Unacceptable Experience with Sangitam Travel *2026-01-14* I am traveling to Pune on Sangitam Bus (MH19 CX7773), and the AC stopped working mid-journey. Despite multiple complaints from passengers, the crew members did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. The bus became suffocating, with poor air circulation, making it hard to breathe. To make matters worse, the seats were dusty and unhygienic. This is completely unacceptable for an AC bus service and shows a lack of concern for passenger comfort and safety. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise people to avoid Sangitam Travel. On my journey when I was standing on my pickup point message came from Sangitam that your bus got canceled. Even I had round journey ticket so I had to cancel that ticket with 20% deduction. No one was picking up my call. Worst service. Don’t travel with Sangitam I strongly recommend. ### 1/5 — Third-Class Facilities at Premium Price – Shameful Service *2025-06-01* Worst Travel Experience – Poor Service Despite High Charges (Bus No. MH 19 CY 1222) I had a terrible travel experience in bus number MH 19 CY 1222, on seat no. 30L. The seat was in broken and damaged condition, with the cushion completely worn out — it was extremely uncomfortable to sit even for a short time. The curtains were either missing or in such poor condition that they served no purpose at all. The charging socket was also not working, which is completely unacceptable in today’s time, especially for long-distance travel. But what shocked me the most — they charged me ₹1400 for this! Looking at the condition of the seat and the facilities, even ₹500 would have been too much. It felt like I was cheated in the name of travel. Totally disappointed. If you’re paying this much, you expect at least basic comfort and working facilities — but this bus fails in every aspect. 👉 I strongly do NOT recommend this travel service unless they seriously improve their maintenance and stop overcharging passengers. ### 1/5 — Disastrously Managed *2025-04-27* Simply Ticket ( Managing this app ) seems to be fraudulent party. Their coupon code does not work and even more they don’t refund money and give coupon !!
