The staff have been absolutely amazing and the resort is beautiful. Thank you all for giving us such a wonderful time! ### 3/5 — Dinnerreservation AVLI *2026-05-06, version 6.2.8* For over a year now, it has not been possible to make an online reservation for the AVLI restaurant; an error message appears. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-04-23, version 6.2.8* The app didn’t even deserve one star. It doesn’t work. Reviews that appear to be 3 years old say it doesn’t work so I’m not sure why it hasn’t been fixed. When I try to make a reservation the screen is just white. ### 5/5 — Hotel Staff *2025-06-21, version 6.1.3* The Hotel staff are on hand all the time to make your stay, relaxing and enjoyable all the time, The pool / beach staff around Sani Beach Hotel are so friendly pleasant and nothing is to much for them, Maria the lady who covers the pools and beach is a credit to the hotel , and always so polite, and helpful always on hand to help, Kennedy is a shining star and genuinely cares and helps everyone. All the other staff are the same, Maria and Kennedy we will always remember, a fantastic holiday our 3rd visit to Sani beach ### 1/5 — Fire the developers! *2025-05-15, version 6.0.9* This app is awful. Its the opposite of what the resort is. It simply doesnt work. The reviews go back three years with the same basic problems. Why not fix it?! Restaurants show as fully booked- theyre not. It will show times you can book, then show as not available. It doesnt load. Signs you out. Freezes on load screen.. Why not fix it/ delete and start again?! ### 2/5 — Got stuck in the lift…. *2024-06-03, version 5.9.2* The first couple of days were fine but then at 2am in the morning we heard this baby screaming and wouldn’t stop for hours. The baby wasn’t the problem at all but it’s just that if it’s a resort where lots of kids/babies go then you would think that they would have soundproof walls. Then the next day I got stuck in the lift alone and im not even an adult (under 14) and it took 20mins to get out. Then on are second to last day we went out to get dinner and then we got home and at 00:00 and my mom immediately threw up and got food poisoning from the mushrooms she had at the restaurant. At 3:00am I moved to the sofa and there was no bedding and all. We phoned reception and asked for a duvet and a blanket. It took 20 minutes and a man brought up a pillow case and a sheet. We found a duvet in the wardrobe but it wasn’t very thick so we phoned reception to ask for a blanket and 20 minutes go buy and we phone reception and turn up that no one was coming because apparently we already had everything so we waited another 20mins for 2 sheets and they said that they don’t have any blankets?!! The next day we had breakfast delivered since we couldn’t go down and they charged in to the room (€20) even though they had given my mom food poisoning so I didn’t get why we had to pay. After we tried to talked to reception but apparently our concierge wasn’t in and neither was the manger so we talked to another member of staff we managed to get €200 removed (including our breakfast) of our nearly €5000 bill.
