In that time the have forgotten to pick up my trash 4 times. I have been disappointed by the fact that they didn't come back and get it on the same day. And for such a large company I was surprised that they didn't comp me anything. Screen remains on nonfunctional search page with no access to account login or personalized schedule/calendar. No longer receive notifications for pickup. ### 1/5 — Broken! *2025-08-10, version 2023.4.21* We used to use the Sanipac App weekly. Sadly, for both my husband and I, a pop-up window in the app now asks us to update the app. But this isn’t possible - either within the app or in the App Store. Please fix this! The only response I got is a automated message saying to do all the things I have done. The notifications are important for me because I have my garbage picked up every other week. Calendar never appears (originally did function). It never remembers my credentials. When I try to reset I’m told my user name is not available. Duh, it’s my user name. The website has always been a pain to deal with and now the app is followed suit. Need to work so all plastic goes to recycling. Going back to glass that is recycled is better.
