You are unable to identify whom you are speaking to when sending messages in the app. notifications don’t work despite being adjusted under settings on my phone to be allowed to deliver at any time, it still doesn’t . So messages are at times missed unless you physically have the app open. Had I seen the App first, I certainly would not have taken up the product ### 1/5 — Still pretty useless *2019-12-10, version 1.1.0* For some reason I can’t understand, the app only gives access to a few of the benefits instead of being able to access and work on ALL of them without having to go into the Sanlam full website. Examples are: 1. You can’t enter your participation in an event via the app. 2. You can’t do a latest valuation of your vehicle via the app Come on developers, unless the app does everything you can do on the website, it remains useless. ### 1/5 — Disappointed! *2019-05-05, version 1.0.6* Works great except that after booking my movie, I wasn’t sent my reference code. It feels outdated and disconnected, especially when compared to the newer, more polished Sanlam Portfolio app. In my opinion, Sanlam should consider retiring this app entirely and integrating Reality into the Portfolio app. A single, unified experience would be far more user-friendly and aligned with modern expectations. ### 2/5 — Not happy *2024-12-26, version 1.2.8* This app hardly works.
