No lags or crashes. Settings are easy to navigate. Able to connect multiple devices with ease. Issues I’ve noticed is the “alarm” push. For some reason it is way to sensitive regardless of setting. Seriously, it will alarm on a fly! I’ve also noticed that when executing the app my iPhone goes to the brightest setting possible. When exiting the app it leaves it on that brightest setting and I have to manually adjust after closing the app. It can drain a batters quick and it’s really rough on the eyes especially at night. When searching through the recorded videos on your phone, the app only loads a small amount each time meaning you have to scroll for ages to reach the start of the day. This is an inconvenience but would at least be tolerable of the app didn’t shut down repeatedly. I have tried no fewer than 30 times to locate a video earlier in the day only for the app to close each time I get close to playing it back. Also, does not provide any options for filtering other than by date. By time and camera would be helpful. Absolute trash! ### 1/5 — How to get in contact with Sannce *2021-12-23, version 1.1.3* I have had a reoccurring problem where my cameras keep buffering and do not work at all. In addition, it does not let me select the camera I want and keeps saying unknown error. I have tried to send numerous emails to Sannce but I cannot get in touch with them whatsoever. Would someone be able to suggest anything??? The App kept calling for a password but refused to accept it. After leaving the system for thirty minutes to have a coffee it was able to visualise the video without problems (but didn’t ask for a password). Strange!
