Llegué a esta app a través de mi nutricionista. Ella me invitó a seguir todas las pautas para dieta baja en histamina y me he sentido muy acompañado. La sigo utilizando entre consultas y contiene todas mis pautas personalizadas que me envía mi nutricionista.

Tengo muchos gases y problemas con la digestión y el sueño. Esta app me da consejos a diario con rigor científico para ir mejorando, me gusta que haya nutrición también. Gracias por el trato y la amable atención siempre recibida a través del chat.
