None of the calculations are accurate, I have to manually enter everything, if I take a picture of something, it isn’t calculated right. There’s so many bugs with the app and delays, it’d be faster for me to track everything by hand in a notebook. Going back to my fitness pal. ### 2/5 — Glitchy App *2025-06-19, version 1.0.5* Overall, I had really liked the app…when it actually worked. It had a lot of glitches with regular system crashes. Given its $9.99/month subscription, I would have thought it would work a bit better. There is no ability to contact a customer service representative to help you troubleshoot the glitches. Finally, when it locked me out of my account, I cancelled my subscription since there was no point in paying for something I could not use. If the app had a human in the loop for contact, more explanation of what the tiered plans would provide, and overall, better bug fixes, I would have been happy to keep using it.
