I am sorry that US battery out of stock, and it would take long time to send it to you. Regards, Catherine” That’s as close as I got. The app you download has worst ratings. I haven’t been able to get it to actually fly my drone with app but was able to pull the live camera feed. I’ve have had this drone for 5 months. SANROCK who makes it seem to be based out of China. If haven’t had your done long I suggest getting refund and getting one that you at least make last long enough to get your money’s worth! ### 1/5 — Can’t find wifi *2020-03-16* The WiFi connection Instructions don’t work - the drone does not have a WiFi network as listed. I’m just going to return both drones. What’s the point of having an app to film a video if it doesn’t even work? After reading the comments, I noticed everyone had the same issue and gave it a 1-star rating. Then, my 11 yr old daughter read one review that clarified the problem. The instructions say that you have to power up the drone, first. Then, go to your wifi settings on your phone and search for “drone.” It’s that simple. Once I did that, the app opened and it worked like a champ.
