なんで同じ会社なのにEightと独立してるの？機能的にはまぁ想像できる機能はあるけどSanSan解約する可能性がある場合Eightと両方登録しなきゃいけない。どんだけ縦割り組織なんだって感じ。こっちにあってあっちにない機能とか微妙にあるし。

名刺の取り込み機能自体は悪くないのですが名刺をアップロードしてからデータ反映まで一営業日かかります。

自分のメールアドレスを変更したいが出来ないため星3に…
転職したら一から作成しなくちゃならない。
そのまま使用したとて既に使えないメールなので企業側目線でしか無い。
個々のユーザー目線で改良してほしい部分である。
利用する時は転職しないと思っていても、コロナ禍でやむなく転職せざるを得なかった人も多い中、これはユーザー目線のアプリにはなっていない。
転職して新規に企業開拓していく時にもユーザーは使えるので設定を変えられるようにして欲しい。

検索しようと入力すると、一文字目で自動で検索されてしまい、たくさんの検索結果が出てしまいます。漢字にも変換できないので、使いづらいです。

また県名を検索しても引っかからないことが多々あります。

アプリはすごく便利です。
でも無料ではないので、しっかりして頂きたいです。

Once you login to the SanSan account they want to charge $1000 for a scanner. They declaim to return the funds once your contract is up in a year. 
I couldn't find how to delete my account on the website and had to send a support ticket. For someone who wants to spend that amount they immediately start sending emails with tips on how to use the system. 
Seems to be a system for a large company, not for a small biz.

$1,000 after a 3 month trial and you Pre register with a credit card?  Are you all NUTS?  I need a cell phone business card scanner not a freaking diamond ring.  NEXT!!!

会社指定の有料版アプリを仕方なく使っているが、肝心の登録名刺検索機能がeight無料版に比べ著しく劣ります。早急に改善して欲しいです。

①名刺一覧画面に階層が無い。企業や団体毎のフォルダを作って欲しい。現状は、ただ全件ずらっと並ぶだけ。ソート順をどう設定しようが全枚数並べてるだけ。フォルダにまとめて企業名や団体名で表示し、フォルダをタップしてからその企業の名刺データが表示されるようにしてほしい。機能的に何も難しくないはずだ。
②名刺表示画面に五十音やアルファベットのインデックスが無い。
名刺を五十音並べにすると、や行わ行の名刺は画面スクロールを下までやらなければいけない。謎機能。eightアプリは、企業順表示でも個人名表示でも検索インデックスが常時表示されているので検索が早く済む。（紙の名刺を整理するときは、企業や団体毎に分類して保管する。eightのインターフェイスはこの感覚通りだが、Sansanの開発陣は発想が違うのですか？）
③電話アプリとの連携機能はありがたいが、①②のとおり検索機能がイケてないので、電話かけるにも余分な時間がかかる。

アプリの狙いが顧客データの一元化と接点解析にあるのだろう。名刺受領者たる渉外担当者の使い勝手は置き去りにされているので、名刺管理アプリだと思って使うと辟易する。

アプリ立ち上げると、サンサンへのログイン画面から始まる。アカウント持っていなかったが、新規登録リンクもなく不親切。サンサンのhp行っても新規登録方法不明。

アップデートが来たので期待したのだが、iphone15 proのカメラだとピントが合わない事象に改善はありませんでした。ガッカリです。iphone SEだと問題ないのに。

2.3週前くらいから突然アプリが立ち上がらず困ってます。
再インストールもアップデートも対応すみ。
認識もOKで、「sansanに戻る」ボタンを押すとSafariに飛んで化けてます。
なんとかならないでしょうか。
