Each morning, receive a summary of your previous night's blood oxygen levels — rated Normal, Check, or Alert. No manual tracking. Just wear your Watch.

SpO2 Graph
See how your blood oxygen changed throughout the night, hour by hour. Spot patterns you'd never notice from a single number.

AI Insights
Sanso sends your SpO2 stats to an AI and returns a plain-language explanation of what you're seeing. No medical background needed to understand your own data.

SpO2 History
Browse past reports by date. The longer you use Sanso, the clearer your personal baseline becomes.

Sanso reads SpO2 data already stored in Apple Health by your Apple Watch.
No new device needed. No pairing required. Just install and your data is ready.

Compatible with Apple Watch Series 6 and later (SpO2 sensor required).
Apple Watch SE (1st and 2nd generation) is not supported.

We rebuilt the report screen.

- Days now stack in a scrollable timeline instead of swiping one day at a time
- Every card shows that day's chart, with your sleep hours shaded behind it
- The History tab is now part of Reports

Notifications changed too.

- No more fixed daily reminder. You only hear from us on days your oxygen dipped
- If it goes below 90%, you get a heads-up right away
- You can pick what time the daily summary arrives

Also

- Stats reordered to Status / Alert / Check / Lowest SpO2, each with its threshold
- Fixed a bug where the streak counter reset in the morning

Updated the app name and keywords to make Sanso easier to find in search. No functional changes — your Apple Watch SpO2 is still logged automatically every morning.
