### 3/5 — toefl用のアプリは改良の余地あり

新形式toeflに対応しているのと、受験パスがついてくるということで3ヶ月間お試しで使っています。

新形式の問題はまだ世の中に出回っていないので、アプリで学習できる点は非常に満足しているのですが、学習アプリとしては改善の余地があると考えます。

1点目: 今日の学習とセクション別学習がリンクしていない
これは割と致命的で、セクション別学習で解いていたものが、再び今日の学習で出題されてしまうので、かなり萎えます。
また今日の学習は、設定問数以上解けるように柔軟にして欲しいです(いまは固定値なので)

2点目: スマホ画面での操作性が悪い
iphoneのバージョンの問題かもしれませんが(iOS26.4.2.)、たとえば、readingセクションのcomplete wordsを解いている時に入力中のボックスが見えなくなり、いま自分がどこに打っているのかわからなくなります。1秒を争う試験なので、改善を希望します。

実際の問題形式を体験できる点は素晴らしいのですが、ユーザの学習体験としては現状価値が低いと感じます。
その点、abceedなどは洗練されており英語学習アプリとして完成されているように思います。

### 4/5 — 退会の仕方に注意、点数は中級者以上向け

更新日前に退会しましたが、クレジットカードで退会後の請求がありました。 アプリ内のわかりやすいところに退会をタップするところがありますが、先にこれをタップしてはいけないようです。 わかりづらいところに解約というのがあり、この解約をしてから退会しないと請求されてしまいます。 また退会してしまうとログインできないので解約できません。 ということはずっと請求され続けることになります。 サポートセンターの方とやりとりさせていただきました。
他の人のレビューで全然返事が来ないという書き込みがありましたが、誠意ある対応をいただきました。

 点数は中級者以上向けだと良いのかもしれません。 基礎が全くダメな自分でもおすすめをやり続けて800点以上になりました。 なので初級者の点数は妥当なのか疑問に思います。
しかしこのアプリをやり続けるとリスニングやリーディングの能力が明らかに向上しました。

退会が大変だったので星2にしましたが、最後までやり続けて効果があったので星4にしました。

以下二つの理由から星1とし、どなたにもオススメしないです。

【英語学習アプリなのに問題数が少ない】
2週間も使うと同じ問題ばかりでてきて、そりゃ答えを覚えてるから「AIによる想定点数」も上がるだろといった感じです。また、
1.和訳がない問題文も多々ある
2.単語の意味が統一されておらず問題文によって、単語の意味がバラバラで掲載されている
この辺りも英語を学習する上で足手纏いになる箇所かと感じます。

【月額制の不透明さ、問い合わせ対応の杜撰さ】
1ヶ月の料金でサブスクに入りましたが、自動延長が勝手にされる仕組みです。前述の通り、問題数が多くないので2ヶ月以上は使う価値のないアプリです。そのことを考えると、自動延長で金を稼ごうとしてるのが丸見えです。
退会しようにも、その部分のみ仕組みが難しく、退会ボタンを隠すようなUIに設計されていると感じました。

返金のために問い合わせにしても、何回も同じ答えが返ってきて、AIが答えてる？も感じざるを得ません。電話窓口もないし…

結論：2度と使わないし、どなたにもお勧めしません。

### 2/5 — 現状ではTOEFL対策にはお勧めしません。

サービス開始日に使い始めましたが、正直なところ金額に見合う品質とは言えません。バグが多い上に、回答後に正答は表示されるものの解説は自動で出ず、毎回AIに質問しないと確認できません。AIの回答精度は悪くないものの、都度入力が必要で学習効率が非常に悪いです。

また、サービス開始前に「先着300名限定 TOEFL受験チケット付き学習プラン（27,000円）」として販売されていました(結局完売はしなかったようです)が、これは実質「受験チケットを安く提供する代わりにデバッグやフィードバックをお願いしたい」という趣旨だったのかと思うほど、完成度が低い印象を受けました。

さらに、「チケット付きプラン」と聞けば誰でも“サービス開始から3か月利用できる”と考えると思いますが、実際は「契約日から3か月」で、早く契約した人ほど利用期間が短くなります。サポートに確認したところ、「お試しプラン付きチケット」として先行販売していたとのことでしたが、PR Timesなどでの説明とは印象が異なり、少々不誠実に感じました。

受験チケットを安く購入できたと割り切ればまだ納得できますが、アプリ自体にも大きな期待を寄せていただけに、がっかりしたというのが正直な感想です。
とはいえ、ETS公認というだけあって問題の質そのものは確かです。今後、解説機能や不具合の改善が進み、真に価値ある学習アプリへと成長してくれることを期待しています。

### 1/5 — 解約したはずなのにお金が引き落とされていた。返金には応じてくれないとのこと。

まず自動更新とわかりにくく、一年後にお金が引き落とされて気がつき、解約手続きをしたはずでした。にもかかわらず、2年後もまたお金が引き落とされていて、問い合わせたが、返金手続きには応じていただけなかった。プランを解約できていないから自らログインして解約するように言われ、ログインしたところすでに解約されていた。ログインもしていないのにお金が引き落とされた直後にいつのまにか解約になっていたとのこと。自らログインして解約の手続きをしなければ解約できないのではなかったのか？訳がわからない。なんど説明を求めても答えてくれず、返金はできないの一点張り。過去に解約手続きをしているはずで、ログイン履歴を調べて欲しいと言っても、最終ログインしかわからないとの回答だった。最終ログイン履歴は解約手続きを自らログインしなければならないといわれしぶしぶログインしたもので、それしかわからないと言われたら、最初からログインはしなかった。
そもそも更新の意思がなく、ログインもしていない上、すぐに返金の申し出があったものについては返金の手続きができるような規約に変えて欲しい。人を騙してでもお金を手に入れたいとの方針なのでしょうか。返金対応もしてもらえない上、説明責任もはたしてもらえず、顧客満足を考えてもらえないことを残念に思いました。消費者センターに相談しました。

3ヶ月プランを購入し、毎日仕事の隙間時間に勉強をしていました。

ずっと800点台をうろうろしていましたが、先日受験したTOEICでやっと900点を越えることができました。
留学をしていた時よりも良いスコアが取れてびっくりしています。

リーディング、リスニング共に問題量がたくさんあり、本番の問題に十分に対応できました。

TOEICの問題をとにかくこなしたい人には良いアプリだと思います。

スマホでもパソコンでも問題を解けるところが良かったです。またTOEICのスコアを更新する際に使用できたらと思います。

初回6ヶ月のみの利用を想定しており最初は活用していたが、使いづらく継続するつもりがなくなった。
アプリ自体を開かなくなったが、改めてクレジット明細を確認すると引き落としが発生していたため、サポートに問い合わせたところ返金はできないとのこと。

意図しない更新の場合は日割りでもいいので返金対応すべきだと思う。

単語帳の使い勝手も致命的。
単語カードのようにスワイプしながら、次の単語に移ったり、タップで日本語表示などできるようにすればいいのに、リストで表示するだけだったり、単語の復習に至っては、この単語を知っていますか？　に対して、
はい　か　いいえ　しか選べない仕様。
はい　を押すと意味も表示せず次の単語に行くため、覚えてるが自信がない単語が正解だったのかもわからない。

これで有料なのが信じられないレベル。
他のアプリを強くお勧めします。

유명하다는 대형 토익학원, 과외 다 받아봤는데 바쁜 업무를 하며 매일 나오는 숙제, 특히 LC 공부를 하는 게 쉽지 않았습니다. 그러다 보니 수업은 듣는데 개인적으로 공부하는 시간은 없었고,
점수가 어느 정도 오른 뒤에는 어떻게 더 점수를 올릴지 해야 할지 막막하고 열정도 잃은 와중에 산타 토익을 알게 되고 할까 말까 고민했던 시간이 아쉬울 정도로 한 달 구독하고 매일 20분~1시간 꾸준히 해주니 시험이 어려워 기대를 안 했는데 전날 했던 모의고사 예상 점수에서 거의 벗어나지 않는 수준으로 점수가 많이 올랐습니다. ㅠㅠ드디어 제가 원하는 점수대가 나와서 너무 행복합니다 다음에 또 토익 점수가 필요할 때가 오면 또 찾을 것 같아요
