I'm originally a Santa Barbara local, and Richard has been the best when it comes to looking for my new home. He is so knowledgeable and helpful, and has made my experience of looking for a new home a real pleasure. On top of that, I love this app. It feels like the future of home buying! It's easy to use, no ads, 100% accurate information straight from the MLS, and all the information and tools you could ever want as a current/future homebuyer or seller. I never write reviews but I was really impressed so I felt I had to!
