Fix your bloody app. It is seriously unreliable. I don’t know why it’s so glitched when it comes to getting a ride! Unreliable!

I have tried so many different points and pick up spots to even see if there is an option to book a trip. It either says that it’s really busy, you should book by 8pm the next day, or straight up no trips found. My pick up spot is literally at a train station, and you’re telling me there’s no ride at any time of the day. I think this app is fake.

It’s not buggy. When you have an estimated wait time between, let’s say, 1:27 and 2:16, then, at 2:16, it tells you that there’s a 25 minute wait, that’s actually the case. The app works fine.

The underlying service is great, and this app has a lot of improvements over the previous one, but it also comes with some completely insane AI-driven scheduling. It used to be that if you were given an option for a ride and confirmed within a few seconds, you would be fine 9/10 times. Now it will give you an option, you accept immediately, and then the ride is gone. Worse still, you then have to go back several steps and start a brand new request. I’ll usually have this happen 2-3 times before I’m able to book a ride. 

Now the fun part. You are given an estimated time. That used to fluctuate, as can be expected. But we’re not talking about traffic delays, or taking on another stop. Instead the AI will continually reassign you to different busses and add/remove stops  from your assigned bus, all in the name of optimization. That’s fine in theory, but this AI has no bloody manners. You will be outside, watching your bus approach on the map, and then when it’s a couple blocks away, you’ll be reassigned to another bus, with a new estimate of maybe 40+ minutes. And now you’re back in the same situation: 40 minutes might become 90, or it might become 5. You never know. 

Drivers complain that they’ll even have eyes on their next pickup from across an intersection, and the system will redirect them somewhere else entirely. Bad robot!

It’s a hit or miss some days I get picked up and other days the drivers just keep going while the app says it has arrived.

I’ve seen the bus keep driving down the street while being the next pickup and the app saying they arrived. It is not reliable.

Has worked great. Sometimes the moving car glitches but it been pretty accurate at arrival time
