Puzzles make NO sense & there is no guide to help!

I will not rate this game because you can not find a walkthrough help  for this game I feel like it’s not right to put this game  on display and not have help when you need it  I got stuck on the picture with the candy king stocking star and bell just did not know what to do can you put a walkthrough on YouTube or somewhere thank you
