For the tree arrangement 1st tree is the tree with dots 2 tree is the 1 where it is separated by 3, 3 tree is the curling 1 last is light green with 2 lines going down

No clues, no walkthrough, can’t figure this out, what a shame!

There’s seems to be no logic in solving some of the puzzles.  I even went to app support but there wasn’t any support just a link to more apps.  Has anyone solved the Christmas balls part?

My experience in trying to play this game is that there are places where the puzzle simply cannot be solved.  I got past the first instance, the shapes on the box, using trial-and-error when no combination for the ladder reveal worked.  I am now completely unable to pass the dangling Christmas ball puzzle because none of the numbers I plug in work.  The steps between these two puzzles were easy.  The game lacks hints or walkthroughs, so if my logic is faulty I have no way to determine where I’m going wrong.
