However, if you wish to interact with Santa Radio, the App will ask for access to your camera (for selfies), the camera roll (if you choose to use a picture on your phone) and for the microphone (for our record me feature to send an audio message to Santa) Access is solely to let your device use all the features. The ONLY thing we keep are the recordings you send to Santa so we can play them to him. We don't need anything else from you apart from your loyalty and for you to tell your friends.

I like Christmas music and I’m sure you do too, but when I downloaded this app it wasn’t all “comfort and joy” because whenever I try to listen it says “Oh no” and that I am not connected to the internet but when I check I am. But everyone else is like “It so gud” and “good moosic” but I can’t listen so either I have something wrong or OR everyone else is acting like “Ooh so awesomee” but it is NOT so I will try to find another app or just not be merry 😔 Update: it is October now and the app is working it still says the same song it’s been stuck on forever but at least it’s playing MUSIC so I’m glad it is working but it could still use a little work but at least it’s playing music which is the most important part. SO… Santa Radio is great but only in the colder seasons.

Hi, app was amazing and my son loved it. Now I keep getting an error message I am not connected to the internet and it won’t work, but I am connected to the internet. This is a new problem.
