But everyone else is like “It so gud” and “good moosic” but I can’t listen so either I have something wrong or OR everyone else is acting like “Ooh so awesomee” but it is NOT so I will try to find another app or just not be merry 😔 Update: it is October now and the app is working it still says the same song it’s been stuck on forever but at least it’s playing MUSIC so I’m glad it is working but it could still use a little work but at least it’s playing music which is the most important part. Now I keep getting an error message I am not connected to the internet and it won’t work, but I am connected to the internet. Over the last couple of years, we’ve made lots of changes and haven’t had any issues. Maybe you will try as this year? ### 1/5 — Disappointed thus far *2019-08-25* Downloaded this to try out. & so far it shows Whitney Houston to be singing The First Noel. I’ve not heard 1 note!! It is not playing at all. Time graph showed up & it indicates that nothing is happening, & you can’t advance it by tapping the forward or back buttons. On the song playing screen, you have up next or previously played but unable to advance to them. Why is there no sound? & yes I have checked all volume controls. Why is it stuck on this one song? I’m not finding an explanation key to discover how this app is to work. & yes I did tap the arrow /play button. But it still doesn’t play. The only sound I’ve heard was Santa saying something about scrubbing his face & something about that’s not the way 3D Touch was to work, by pressing his nose. Sorry Santa. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you didn't manage to get it working. We have checked the player on all iOS devices with the software we have available from Apple and all is playing fine. You are correct about Whitney Houston though, thank you. Our FTP server had fallen over and was in a loop with the artist playing. Due to how it interfaces with the layout software, we can only ever show the previous 3 and the next 3 songs. It's not something we can increase sadly, as much as we'd love to. Sadly with it being seasonal we can't monitor it 24/7 throughout the year as January to September there are virtually no listeners. At this time of year we are back on it monitoring it closer. In summary, we'd love you to try it again and if any other issues found maybe contact us via the Santa Radio website or the App contact page. Maybe there is the chance Santa can then get a review of the 1 star rating?
