When I open this app it does not open, need to update the app for all devices

**Developer response:** We apologies about that. We are now trying to find this bug. Apple's crash reports don't throw any issues up. Were you in Aeroplane mode? Or connected?

I advise not to download the app full of pop ups and redirects.

This game stinks 👎👎👎
The calls are recorded 😡 I said hi Santa and he said oh really. And then he kept on saying yes and I understand even though I was saying nothing.
I was hoping I would actually talk to Santa but instead I got a dumb recording.
Santa is real guys 😃🎅🏻 But these calls are not 🙁

It would be impossible to have this as a live feature, especially when the app is free.
Of course Santa is real, but he can’t be everywhere at the same time.

He does have Christmas to prepare for. we tried to create a product that people would enjoy with no annoying adverts. So to ask Santa to sit there and wait for every call to come in and answer personally would cost an absolute fortune. So Centre recorded the responses for us. Once again, thank you very much for taking time to review and maybe following are explanation you may reconsider your one star rating?

Does not work on iphone but does work on ipad. Nothing works on iphone for me.tested on two iPhones that are both working fine. App is the problem, i originally gave three stars based on it not working properly on two iPhones, so can not rate it high if it does not work on iPhones properly, lets now look at the developers sarcastic reply. Maybe i touched a nerve, maybe he or she needs a cuddle, or maybe they were a spoilt child and are just throwing their toys out of the pram, If you don't like a honest reveiw then don't make apps that are broken. Please take your head out of your backside and try not to leave silly replies. App feedback has been reduced to one star now for the silly reply and the app will now get a instant delete. Bye bye weirdo and i hope you have a merry crimbo.

You have to pay to talk to Santa 🎅 but I think 💭 Santa should olredy be unlocked and everything else should be locked 🔒 so I’m going to find another one ☝️ but it is good for children that believe in Santa 🎅 because they might think 💭 Santa 🎅 is actually talking to them xx . Merry Christmas xx

I love this app, İt’s Great for my sister who’s 3.  She loves it! Everyday she talks to Santa and sometimes even argues with him lol. 5 stars definitely!
