Policy part could be more better seems like too many data in a single screen, but it does the work. I try to log in and weirdly my account has been created with said invalid email address. There is then a random “yes/no” option with no corresponding question which toggles between wanting an ID or passport number. Assume there question is about whether I am an SA citizen. When entering one of these I get an error saying “no details found”. It takes up to 30 seconds to load each page, when moving between different parts of the app. All I see is a revolving circle when open a new page - why such a slow response time? Selecting the type does not register so when you press “next” it does not proceed indicating to first select the type, try again same thing, basically stuck and cannot complete the claim!
