Una APP muy bien intencionada pero que no funciona

Opening gives a poo up which asks for accept or cancel but in doing so automatically clicks the language settings to Spanish. Understand that English isn’t ready yet either. Not ready yet so why bother in making it available? 
Finish what you start before making it available to the public
