App having issue trying to signup many times and it’s showing me error once add my details and click on signup keep saying something went wrong,

1. The app is too slow and takes a while to load different pages. 2. The messages in the chat do not get updated instantly. 3. No notifications are sent when messages are received via chat. 4. The introductory videos page is also blank.
