Expenses take 5x longer and it’s so buggy. I can’t believe SAP built this. You have billions of dollars, invest in a decent app. ### 1/5 — Nur als Notification-Tool brauchbar *2022-12-20* Die App verliert dauernd die URL zum SAP, ich muss immer wieder den AGBs zustimmen und jedes Mal ein neues App-Passwort anlegen. Komischerweise erhalte ich aber Mitteilungen, wenn etwas genehmigt werden muss. Ohne die URL bringt das leider auch nicht viel. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Die Zustimmung zu den AGBs sowie die Eingabe der System URL sollte nur unmittelbar nach der Installation der App erforderlich sein. Das beschriebene Verhalten kann leider auftreten, wenn wenig freier Speicherplatz auf dem iPhone verfügbar und die Funktion "Unbenutzte Apps auslagern" aktiv ist. Diese Funktion kann unter "Einstellungen -> App Store" deaktiviert werden. Sollte das Problem auch danach weiter auftreten, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren ByD Systemadministrator oder legen eine Kundenmeldung für eine individuelle Fehleranalyse an. ### 1/5 — This app is bad *2022-05-21, version 22.16.1* This app is bad it crashes all the time. At the moment it’s asking for a update every time I open it and when I get on it I can’t do anything. My company is paying money to use this software and it’s buggy as hell. Kind regards, SAP Business ByDesign Support Team ### 1/5 — Zeiterfassung geht nicht mehr *2026-05-18* ByDesign Mobile war immer hilfreich um mobil Zeiten zu erfassen. Seit einem der letzten Updates ist das nicht mehr möglich, da die Zeiterfassung nun unter „Self Services“ liegt und dort ein 2 spaltenlayout vorhanden ist, das auf Mobile aber nicht funktioniert. Man kommt also nicht zur Zeiterfassung. Sehr sehr schade, vor 2 Wochen ging es auf jeden Fall noch. Bin beides sehr leicht und schnell. Dafür hätte es 5 Sterne gegeben. Jetzt am liebsten 0 Sterne da seit Januar 2025 die App nur noch Schrott ist! - Mobile App-Ansicht für Desktop-Views optimiert - Texte nicht komplett lesbar auf dem Screen - Links nicht aktiv, um Arbeitszeiten einzutragen - Noch mehr Kacheln - vorher gut auffindbar Funktionen nun versteckt (z.B. Zeiterfassung) - Back-Buttons fehlen bspw. bei den Anträgen (also erst mal App zu und wieder auf) Usw. Vorher war’s mobil first und gut. Bitte macht das rückgängig!!! I can see the person who entered their time to approve but there is no notes displayed and everything is grayed out. Yes I have the license level to approve - I am forced to go to my laptop to approve now. Eine absolute Zumutung, die Apps war immer vereinfacht und schnell bedienbar. Da merkt man, dass die App nicht getestet worden ist. You need a better solution for storing user credentials. S. ### 1/5 — Der letzte Dreck *2023-06-29* Wie so ziemlich alles bei SAP: ungerechtfertig lange Ladezeiten in UIs ein schlechtes nicht erklärtes Konzept und ein Sprache die jedem Beamten zu trocken wäre. Sich ständig refreshende und ständig ändernde UIs verhindern erfolgreich, dass man eine Routine entwickelt. Routine, scheint SAP zu meinen, ist was Schlechtes, besonders bei Werkzeugen für die Arbeit. Ein Beispiel: Vor wenigen Wochen konnte ich Abwesenheitsanträge über die App stellen, wenn ich zu krank war, an den PC zu gehen. Heute suchte ich die Funktion vergebens für etwa 10 Minuten. Nicht gefunden, App gelöscht, Bewertung geschrieben…. Krankgemeldet bin ich immernoch nicht. 6 - ungenügend. Der eine Stern ist schon zu viel. This app is so much more convenient than using the web site. ### 3/5 — Face ID klappt so gut wie nie *2026-01-18* Immer wieder muss man die App deinstallieren und neu laden, damit man dann FaceID nutzen kann. Sehr lahm und lästig. Ansonsten ein guter mobiler Helfer. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your review. Face ID works when you set the app password post login for the first time. Also, some issues have been observed in iOS 18.6.2. If your device is on 18.6.2 we recommend upgrading it. If you still face the issue, feel free to raise a case. ### 3/5 — Einfach, praktisch und strukturiert. *2019-03-08* Leider bei jedem einloggen ein Update von 21 MB nötig was anscheinend nicht gespeichert wird? Die App ist intuitiv bedienbar und daher praktisch im Alltag einsetzbar. Jedoch fehlen mir ein paar zusätzliche Funktionen wie z.B. aus der Vorgänger Version das anlegen und pflegen von Opportunitys mit folge Aktivitäten. Hier ist die App in den Funktionen noch sehr eingeschränkt und unbrauchbar. Es wäre super die angelegten Notizen bei einem Kunden/ Ansprechpartner auch von unterwegs bearbeiten und auch vollständig lesen zu können. Das wäre sehr hilfreich und wichtig. ### 2/5 — Very poor *2025-02-10* Why do I have to reenter my app password every time I open the app? This is a basic requirement that almost every other app provider has mastered. User experience is really poor ### 2/5 — Funktioniert nicht mit zertifikatsbasierter Authentifizierung *2025-01-14* SAP arbeitet ja angeblich intensiv mit Apple zusammen. Da fragt man sich schon, wieso: - FaceID nicht funktioniert und man jedes Mal sein App Passwort händisch eingeben muss - eine Authentifizierung per Nutzerzertifikat bei der Anmeldung per SSO nicht funktioniert - die App einfach random die “80er Lotus Notes” Kacheln nicht anzeigt Und das sind nur ein paar der Punkte die mir grad einfallen.
