Prácticamente inusable. Miles de errores de conexión. Ni si quiera hay un listado donde poder ver los casos pasados sin tener que recordar cuando te programaron una tarea. Es una aplicación prácticamente olvidada y denostada por SAP.

Alcuni aspetti da migliorare:

1) Quando si esegue il check-in, lo stato della chiamata di servizio dovrebbe variare (es. In Corso). Attualmente si ha evidenza della lavorazione solo dopo la chiusura del ticket;
2) Il check-out dovrebbe avvenire dopo la chiusura del ticket e della firma del cliente. Attualmente avviene prima;
3) Per ogni riga di pianificazione dovrebbe essere possibile eseguire il check-in e check-out. Attualmente viene eseguito solo la prima volta dal primo tecnico che interviene. Se per la stessa chiamata di servizio ci sono più tecnici a lavorarla, non si può conoscere quando i vari tecnici hanno eseguito il check-in e il check-out e quanto sia durato l’intervento di ogni singola persona;
4) Dovrebbe essere possibile creare una nuova Chiamata di Servizio per lo stesso cliente;
5) Dovrebbe essere possibile creare attività collegate alla chiamata di servizio da assegnare al back office (es. attività per ordine materiale);
6) La chiamata di servizio dovrebbe chiudersi automaticamente se tutte le righe di pianificazione sono chiuse;
7) Dall’App, dovrebbe essere possibile verificare tutte le chiamate di servizio collegate al Business Partner;
8) Alle foto allegate, dopo averle rinominate e confermate, dovrebbe essere assegnato un valore di default (es. numero chiamata di servizio)

Many simples things are missing or don’t work property; it should be updated to give more functionality. Not good for a normal FIeld Service Engineer and worse for an in house engineer... looking forward to see a new better version.
