I am utterly stunned and shocked at how long it took to to make a simple work notification. It was so frustrating that I couldn’t even type my name in properly out of mass confusion in navigating your software. Very disappointed. SAP… more like SAD. In all seriousness though, next time you plan on updating your software, try to minimize your categories so it will take less time for the customer to do the task. I like SAP and as a manager mostly traveling around the world with my mobile devices this App is vital to me for being up-to-date in a smart way. I use the App more than I use the software on my laptop. I wonder why SAP doesn’t care about this App? It is not well maintained nor updated. The last check/bug fix listed on the store is 1 year ago. ### 1/5 — SAP’s Lame Duck *2020-11-07* This App is as dead as Donald Trumps chances of remaining president. It’s poorly designed; lacks the useful functions you would expect; is no longer being updated and improved (nothing for a year) and is futile. Come on SAP...... we expect better. I can only hope they have something in the background that does the new SAPB1 version 10 some justice. ### 1/5 — Worst application *2020-06-04* Super rigid application, not able to implant with any changes made to the basic sap software. Very basic and crude app in relation to the available options. No add ons configured in here. Very limited fields displayed, huge limitations for practice usage in terms of information displayed. The IOS 13 doesn’t support this app. ### 1/5 — SAP is stuck in the 90s *2019-09-23* This app feels “tacked” on to the convoluted and tedious system that is SAP. The setup is a hassle, the interface isn’t up-to-date. And SAP B1 in general really has to make a leap and evolve to make it compatible with todays software usability standards. It might have been amazing in the 90s and function wise is OK even today, but usability is close to non-existant. Being business once basic entry level software for SAP completely ignorance for users like us. In today’s world mobile app is the most important tool for any business owner to have access to data anywhere. Feel so bad to still use the old school app even after spending huge amount on AMC for SAP being a small business owner.
