The slowness causes apparent bugs like thinking you’ve updated your time, but pressing submit before the screen updates. It also seems like I have to submit twice every time? Why can’t a company this big write a good app? ### 2/5 — Inconsistent log in *2025-12-18* When the app works it is a handy tool. The issue is that once I choose a log in method, the app will remember that for about two days then it doesn’t log me in anymore. I’m constantly resetting the app to gain access. When you first open the app the default log in is via a QR code. It wants me to log into the website to get the QR code. If I’m out on a site and my preference is to use the app, why would I even consider logging into the website. I eventually found the password login but why isn’t this the default login option or why aren’t both options on the default login page. I enquired about their approach to accessibility, and was told I should use the app. Well, this is close to being worse. Doesn’t have half the supposed functionality of the website, looks even worse, and still requires my laptop to log in. Who thought of that? Why do you think I’m having to install an app on my phone? Because your website is unusable on it and I don’t have my laptop, that’s why! Are all the people working on this really this backwards?!
