Approvals are unusably slow. After I click “Approve,” the system hangs for over 10 seconds before anything happens. For an action I perform constantly, this is indefensible. 2. Every page transition costs me 10+ seconds. Navigating anywhere means staring at a loading state. Multiply that across a normal workday and it’s a staggering amount of wasted time. 3. The help tooltips are broken and infuriating. These explanatory bubbles pop up, and looking at them does nothing — they will not dismiss. They reappear endlessly, and they’re positioned right next to the buttons I click most, so they constantly get in the way of the actual task. Individually these would be annoying. Together they make the product feel unfinished and disrespectful of users’ time. You check on MFA and switch back to SAP App and it makes you restart all over again. You have to be lightening speed to login with the MFA and then it still fails. This was my first time using it, and I went through verification with Microsoft Authenticator. After I entered the verification number in the Authenticator app and returned to this app, everything started over again from the beginning. And because it’s through work I can only use qr codes generated through work to reactivate my account on the app. I can only receive my payslips and use the absentee forms via the app. It’s no good if it keeps deactivating or logging me out of the app when The only way to interact with SuccessFactors is via this app . I can only have this app coupled with work email that I can only access via this app as well . The idea is good but in practice it’s been awful, and to be honest stressful. I never know if I can clock in or out.
