Seit ein paar Wochen dauert es ca 3 Minuten bis sich das Gerät mit meinem Handy verbindet - das nervt extrem. Sobald ich mich ins Fahrzeug setze höre ich den Ton vom Abbau der Verbindung. Beim losfahren kommt dann der Ton wenn das Gerät ohne aktive Bluetoothverbindung bewegt wird. Und nach ca 3 Minuten funktioniert es plötzlich doch wieder. Heut Früh hatte ich mich über das aktuelle Update gefreut - es steht auch dabei, dass Probleme beim Verbindungsaufbau behoben wurden. Die erste Fahrt brachte Ernüchterung - das Problem ist weiterhin vorhanden. Heut Nachmittag war dann während der Fahrt plötzlich die Verbindung weg - weil mein Akku vom Handy leer war, dieser war aber morgens voll aufgeladen! Nachdem das Handy wieder an war direkt in den Einstellungen nachgesehen - der Akkuverbrauch durch die App war bei 65% - das Update ist also noch schlechter als das vorherige!! Die App wird bis zu einem funktionierenden Update deinstalliert!!! Vielleicht sollten die Programmierer mal 2 Versionen zurück springen und von dort an schauen was aktuell falsch läuft!! -> Nutze ein iPhone 15 Pro und ein Drive Mini **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für dein ausführliches Feedback. 💙 Es tut uns leid, dass du aktuell solche Verbindungs- und Akkuprobleme hast – das sollte natürlich nicht passieren. Beste Grüße Saphe Team ### 4/5 — Schlechtere Verbindung seit Update *2026-07-15, version 6.5.2* Seit des letzten Updates, hat sich die Verbindung (Start und erste Verbindung) deutlich verschlechtert. - Saphe Drive Mini ### 1/5 — Un cesso *2026-04-19, version 6.3.3* Proprio un bel cesso, dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento, gli allarmi sonori non vanno o vanno a strappi, vi ho segnalato lo smantellamento di un autovelox e non lo avete rimosso. Assistenza inesistente! Proprio un bel cesso!!! Allora, iPhone 16 pro Max con iOS ultimo, 26.4.1 ma il problema lo avevo già con il precedente iOS. Funzionava tutto regolarmente fino a (circa) un mese fa, il segnale audio va al Bluetooth Parrot mki-9200, come da 5 anni a questa parte. Faccio il tassista, porto clienti anche in zone che non conosco e per me il vostro sistema è fondamentale. Ieri ho risolto il problema, sicuramente non grazie alla vostra assistenza!!! ### 5/5 — App funktioniert wieder *2026-01-22, version 6.1.1* Seit dem letzten Update vor zwei Tagen funktioniert die App auf meinem iPhone nichts mehr. Update: Inzwischen funktioniert die App wieder einwandfrei. ### 5/5 — Wunderbare Hard und Software! *2025-11-13* Kann absolut nicht nachvollziehen, warum hier so viele negative Bewertungen geschrieben werden… Hatte jetzt ein halbes Jahr den Saphe Drive Pro und es hat immer alles wunderbar funktioniert, keine Aussetzer, Keine Probleme, Keine Verbindungsabbrüche, garnichts! Läuft wie am Schnürchen! Als ich dann den Saphe T gesehen habe, hätte ich ihm am liebsten direkt gekauft, dieser ist aktuell nur in Dänemark erwerbbar, konnte ihn aber nach Deutschland bestellen (gibt einen großen dänischen Händler) und habe ihn heute bekommen… 2 Tages Versand von DK nach GER! sehr schickes Teil! Viel kleiner als der Pro aber mit größerem Display und AMOLED! Auch das PowerDock ist eine sehr gute Lösung um unterwegs zuladen… einziger Nachteil, musste mir ein dänisches Saphe Konto machen, aber ging schnell.. The updates has made the issue worse… it has not fixed it at all. Since the latest update my Saphe Pro will not charge. It worked perfectly until the update. Ich möchte gerne das Programm unterstützen aber leider verschwindet der Bestätigungsbutton oft noch bevor die Gefahr erkennbar ist.
