Cá nhân mình đã sử dụng sapo 1 thời gian và thấy khá ổn. Điều duy nhất khiến mình rate 4 sao là vì không có mục hạn sử dụng cho sản phẩm ở phần mềm này. Nếu có mục hạn sử dụng của sản phẩm thì mình sẽ có thể quản lý tốt hơn với các mặt hàng hạn gần. Hi vọng những phiên bản sau sẽ được update tính năng này

Tạo đơn đầu tiên 1 ngày chưa lại lấy hàng phải gọi, nhắn tin hối. Đơn thứ hai, thì 3 ngày không lấy hàng đi giao, gọi thì hotline bận liên tục, nhắn tin thì nhân viên bảo trôi tin không hay, đến khi hay cũng không push được cứ để qua ngày. Rất thất vọng về dịch vụ vận chuyển Sapo Express
