The app is stuck at “Choose City”. There is no support for the app. The website section related to urban (intra-city)transport is also not working. Basically useless app and website.

I have reported earlier that my credit card was deducted right after i got successful recharge thru online using this app unfortunately it is one way transaction only meaning whatever the bus card condition still apps accept the transaction and will deduct accordingly which my case until now no refund to my credit card and the support say ‘sorry we are not able to help you or refund the amount’ and my response wow excellent support 😂. This is my old bus card # 01204-36548-3 which i have noticed only when i ride in the bus the driver advised me your bus card expired so whats alternative option none except to buy new one and thank you for the recharge was made online.
