Account information not accessible sometimes, constantly being updated. Unreliable!!! Firstly, I applied for a prepaid card on November 1st, 2022, and your bank assured me that I would receive the card within two weeks. However, it has now been more than 6-7 months, and I still haven't received the card that I paid for. Every time I visit the bank to inquire about the card, they keep telling me to come back later, and your customer service representatives are extremely unfriendly and rude in their responses. 🤬🤬😡 Secondly, whenever I attempt to withdraw money using the mobile banking app, it consistently fails and prompts me to try again later. I deeply regret choosing to bank with your institution. It seems that no effort is being made to rectify this situation, so I will give it a few more months. New functionalities are added regularly and most of bugs are being eliminated. With this app I don’t have to use call box to transfer money anymore. The connectivity with Orange Money and MTN Money is very good. However , OTP needs fixing , Transactions don’t appear as they occur (synchronization issue ). This should be the simplest thing digital technology today. The transaction details does not appear clearly. Sometimes you only see ATM transactions. At other times you do not see account credit transactions. Second the loan balance does not appear. That is also erratic. Online banking platform should be able to give you live experience so you can manage your account.
