They were the first to introduce innovative features, such as dark mode, top-up, money coach. However, they completely stagnated. App too slow to load. Crashes frequently. Many features, including top-up, no longer work. Submitting service requests frequently fail. No ability to view card details or lock them in app. No ability to exchange between accounts.

One of the best app for Lebanese banking - allows you to do almost every transaction out there. Customer service goes beyond the call of duty to fix or offer service. Constantly new add ons and improvements. Strongly recommended.
