## What is SARAI?

SARAI is the official app for your residential compound community — everything about your home life in one place.

• Community: follow your neighbors' posts, compound announcements, react, comment, and vote in polls.

• Groups: a group chat for every residential stage, public groups you can join with one tap, and private groups you create yourself and invite neighbors to by name or username.

• Messaging: direct messages with photos, documents, voice notes, location sharing, contact cards, and polls — with read receipts and typing indicators.

• Marketplace: browse compound units listed for sale with full details, and post your own unit listing in minutes.

• Profile: verify your membership with your unit details, and manage your info, bio, and listed units.

• Instant notifications for everything that matters — reactions, comments, group invitations, and announcements.

• Reach the management directly through the built-in contact form.

The app is available to verified compound residents — membership is confirmed through your residential unit details.
