## What is Saraswat Bank Mobile Banking?

“Go-Mo” – Mobile Banking Facility of Saraswat Bank lets you check the account balance, view last five transactions, transfer funds within or outside Saraswat Bank, Generate Digital Debit Card, Block / Unblock Debit Card, Request Cheque Book, initiate Stop Payment instructions, and more. To use the “Go-Mo” facility, you just need your Customer Id, Login Password and Transaction Password.

I received an official email and SMS stating that they have updated the app with new look and user friendly interface. It’s been 2 weeks no updates. I was glad they finally decided to change but I am disappointed now.

Sir/Madam, I have been the customer of your bank since last 10 years. It is disappointing to see Saraswat Bank ignoring the IOS version of GOMO which lacks stability, ease of navigation and most importantly the trust which Saraswat bank held over the years. As well wisher request to update the IOS version of GOMO immediately.

i pin point only one thing. Unlike other banks applications, where the application recognises the sim number registered with the bank, this app doesnt recognise the sim. I have my wifes account and her number is registered with the bank , where as i have downloaded the app to my mobile where my sim is different This is a security risk . please apply correction to the app immediately .

I have clicked on Forgot/Register option and set the Login Pin and MPIN multiple times. But again when I try to login after entering 4 digit pin it shows devices is not register to this customer id please register again. I did the procedure multiple times but it shows the same error again and again. Please provide solution

Day by day it is going worst to worst for use. I had to login several times to make a singal transection. I had to close the app n open it again n again to make a transaction.
Irritated to see “please wait….”
On the screen again n again.

App is really fast. Switching between different menus is seamless. 
However, when I open the “Bharat QR” it says “Validating, please wait” and nothing happens for a long time. You can not exit app, you have to kill it to close it. Plus fix this issue!

Got error saying “you are using older version”, after upgrading to the latest!!! It does not allow to login anymore.
