This is happening quite frequently. Kindly look into this matter. ### 1/5 — App has stopped working *2026-04-24* Nothing is working. Asking to enter a valid customer ID but no option to log in. App only concept itself is bad ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2025-01-18* I’ve been using this app for a while now, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The main issue I’ve encountered is that the app is extremely slow, often taking a long time to load pages and perform basic tasks. It’s frustrating when you need something quickly, and the app just doesn’t respond in a timely manner. Additionally, the overall user interface is not very intuitive, making it hard to navigate and find the features I need. It feels clunky and not very well-organized, which makes for a non-convenient user experience. I really hope the developers work on improving the speed and user-friendliness of the app. Until then, I can’t say I’d recommend it for everyday use. ### 1/5 — App interface is so buggy *2025-01-10* Need to improve customer experience. For 2 glass of bottles they are charging 400/- this is really ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Cheap Packing is been used now *2021-09-29* We have been a customer since like 4 years. But since some months due to the packaging in the paper bottles we have been facing lot of issue of leakage. Lot of repeated complaints and emails but all in vain. They think they are the best and no feedback accepted. With reference to carton leakage, Sarda Farms would like to inform you that there are mainly 2 reasons for carton leakage: 1- If carton gets damaged enroute due to any unfortunate accident or bad roads. In such cases, Sarda Farms delivery associate's have buffer stock to replace in case there is any sort of damage to the carton. 2- Due to condensation, since the milk travels from the processing plant to your doorstep in reefer vans which maintains the milk temperature at 4-degree Celsius. If there is a rise in temperature condensation happens and the water droplets then makes carton soggy resulting in a leakage. Sarda Farms assures that both these causes have been looked into and appropriate corrective actions have been taken to address these concerns to avoid the carton leakage issues. Have been a user since last 5 years believe me their milk quality is dropping from what it was years back and lately too watery. However their keep on increasing the prices at will today a liter is 130/- that’s gold territory for average quality. Will switch to another provider. They have no value for old or any customer issues. With respect to the quality of the Milk, Sarda Farms Milk is free of Antibiotics, free of Hormones, free of any form of Additives or Preservatives and Free of milk powder. Stringent quality tests are conducted everyday on the Milk and other products to maintain and ascertain the quality standards.
