I bought a trainer last year, and I can no longer update the firmware because their app doesn’t support firmware updates anymore. I contacted support and they have no ETA on when it will be functional again. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — App and company is dead. *2025-06-29, version 2.0.43* App and company is dead. Current firmware updated 2022 is 31.065 as listed on the website. The app has has all options erased and I'm on .064 which has started having issues. ### 1/5 — Firmware won’t update *2025-06-25, version 2.0.43* Firmware update screen shows no available updates despite the installed firmware being 4 versions back. Customer support says it’s a know bug but the Saris App is 3 years old with no timeline for the fix. ### 1/5 — Cannot Update Firmware *2025-06-20, version 2.0.43* Firmware screen does not show any info or versions whatsoever. Cannot update. ### 1/5 — Won’t recognize H3 trainer. *2025-02-20, version 2.0.43* App won’t recognize H3 trainer making calibration difficult if not impossible. ### 1/5 — Not smooth setup *2024-10-27, version 2.0.43* It auto connected to some duplicate “unknown” device before I found the actual device. Not great ### 3/5 — It does not pick up the Saris sensor *2023-09-08, version 2.0.43* I bought a Saris indoor trainer that included the Saris sensor (cadence/speed), tried to set it up (many times already) with the utility but unfortunately the app does not connect to the sensor neither in cadence nor speed. I give this a 3 star rating because the sensor works with Rouvy… wished this could be different. ### 1/5 — Calibration Omission *2023-07-21, version 2.0.43* The app will not calibrate with my Saris smart trainer. The MPH readings are way off in calibration, making it impossible to maintain the instructed sleed.
