## What is Sarvita?

You can reverse your biological age. Not with supplements or biohacks — with the right training and the right food. Sarvita turns Apple Health into a biological age, rates every meal you eat, and gives you an AI coach with one goal: making that number go down.

Your biological age isn't fixed. It's the sum of your VO2 Max, heart rate variability and body composition — all metrics you can improve. Sarvita calculates yours, then tells you every day whether you are aging faster or slower than the calendar.

AGE PACE — ONE NUMBER FOR TODAY

Biological age is the odometer. Age Pace is the speedometer: how fast today is aging you, from your sleep regularity, your training, your steps and what you ate. 1.00 is neutral; below it, you are banking time. Every factor is grounded in published research, and the app shows you the math.

MEALS RATED, NOT JUST COUNTED

Snap a photo or describe what you ate. Sarvita logs the calories and macros — then rates the plate:
• Every meal gets a badge — Good, Mixed, Watch out or Neutral — with the reasons behind it
• Every food shows how processed it is, from whole food to ultra-processed
• Your day gets a diet-quality score out of ten against a typical adult, built on the AHEI-2010 index from Harvard
• Fibre, total sugar and saturated fat are written to Apple Health with your macros
• Nudges respect your diet: vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher, low-FODMAP, gluten-free, nut allergies

Disagree with a rating? Correct it with a tap.

AN AI COACH WHO READ YOUR PLATE

Sar's daily check-ins and weekly nutrition reports speak from the same ratings you saw on screen — the salad at lunch gets its credit, the sugary snack gets called what it is. Every week, your coach delivers a personalized training plan: specific sessions based on your current fitness and where you need to improve.

TRACK YOUR BIOLOGICAL AGE

See exactly how old your body is — and watch it get younger:
• VO2 Max Age — the strongest predictor of longevity
• HRV Age — your nervous system's resilience
• Body Composition Age — muscle vs fat distribution

Monthly snapshots show your progress. The goal is simple: be biologically younger next month than you are today.

THE FIVE PILLARS THAT REVERSE AGING

Zone 2 Cardio — Builds the mitochondrial density that slows cellular aging. Auto-detected using your personalized heart rate zones.

VO2 Max Training — The single best thing you can do for longevity. Track your VO2 Max trend and see it climb.

Strength Training — Muscle is your longevity reserve. Lose it and you age faster; build it and you reverse the clock.

Stability Work — Prevents the injuries that derail progress. Yoga, pilates, flexibility, core — it all counts.

Nutrition — Not calories alone: the quality of what you eat, rated meal by meal, day by day.

SEE YOUR TRANSFORMATION

• VO2 Max trending upward over months
• Diet quality as a trend, not just today's number
• Weight moving toward your goal
• Training consistency visualized

Every chart answers one question: am I getting younger?

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SERIOUS

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.20.2 — 2026-09-17

What's new in 1.20.2:

- The Longevity Path is open to everyone. Tap any stage to see what it takes and what it unlocks, open Centenarian Mode, and read every explanation behind the info circles and the whole Knowledge Base — none of it asks for a subscription any more. Meal logging and Sar's coaching stay part of the subscription.
- New here? You see your biological age after six questions instead of twenty-four. The rest of the setup still follows, so your plan is just as complete.

### 1.20.1 — 2026-09-17

What's new in 1.20.1:

- Fewer freezes. Logging a meal, picking a recent or favourite one, opening the Path and the Age Pace check at launch all did work on the main thread that they no longer do — including one wait on Apple Health that could get the app killed on a busy phone.
- Apple Health, fixed two ways. If you had switched off fibre, sugar or saturated fat for Sarvita in Health, your meals' calories and macros had stopped reaching Health since 1.20.0 — they do again, each value on its own permission. And editing or deleting a meal now removes its fibre, sugar and saturated fat from Health as well, instead of leaving old copies behind.
- Changing your daily step goal in Settings updates the home-screen widget right away.
- Distances on the phone now read the way the watch shows them: one unit, two decimals.
- After a mobility session, the "minutes added" line now rounds the same way the Move tab does, so the two never disagree.
- Small fixes to chart labels and watch readouts for VoiceOver and non-English languages.

### 1.20.0 — 2026-09-11

What's new in 1.20.0:

- Every meal you log is now rated. A badge — Good, Mixed, Watch out or Neutral — with the reasons behind it, and each food shows how processed it is, from whole food to ultra-processed.
- Your day gets a diet-quality score out of ten, measured against a typical adult, with a trend chart on the Progress tab. Age Pace now scores what you eat.
- Sar's check-ins and weekly nutrition reports speak from those ratings: the salad at lunch gets its credit, and a snack the app flagged all week is no longer called a healthy staple.
- Meals carry fibre, total sugar and saturated fat, written to Apple Health with your calories and macros, with a short explainer on why each one matters.
- Nudges respect halal, kosher, low-FODMAP, gluten-free and nut-allergy diets. Disagree with a food's label? Correct it with a tap.
- The same product rates the same way whichever day you log it, and a rating that fails now says so instead of vanishing.

### 1.19.1 — 2026-09-05

What's new in 1.19.1:

- Picking a previous meal is quick again. The Recent list no longer stalls when you have a long history, and meal photos load without holding up the screen.
- Meal search now covers everything you have logged, not just the last 30 days, so older meals are findable by name again.
- Bug fixes and stability improvements.

### 1.19.0 — 2026-09-02

What's new in 1.19.0:

- Introducing Age Pace: a single number for how fast today aged you, shown as days aged with its uncertainty band right on screen. Tap it for a daily chart and a full "Show the math" breakdown of every factor.
- Progress now opens with an Age Pace card, and there's a new Knowledge Base article explaining what the number means and what actually moves it.
- You'll be asked once whether you smoke, since it's a major factor in your Age Pace score and something Apple Health can't tell us. It's quick, skippable, and editable later in Settings → Profile.
- Logging a meal is now one tap away from any tab. Longevity Path has moved from a tab into a button in the header, right next to Settings.
- Meal photo analysis is more reliable, so fewer meals fail to analyze.
- Bug fixes and stability improvements.
